Before you submit

  • No account access is required to send this. If the work proceeds, access is read-only, and only after scope and an NDA.
  • The review is designed for read-only access. If a platform requires a different permission level for a specific export, that is discussed before scope is approved.
  • Confidential by default. NDAs are standard. Your agency is not contacted unless you authorize it.
  • Flat fee, set before any work begins. No percentage of ad spend. No retainer required.
  • If the verdict does not identify at least its own fee in documented, potentially recoverable waste, the fee is refunded.

Potentially recoverable waste means documented inefficiency in tracking, campaign structure, bidding, targeting, or spend. Actual recovery depends on what the client changes after the verdict.

This is not campaign management. Not a free audit. Not a retainer pitch. No retainer is required, and the verdict stands on its own.

What happens next

  1. I read your situation and check fit, spend level, and scope.
  2. If it's not a fit, I tell you. If it is, we confirm scope and fee.
  3. An NDA and read-only access are handled before any account review.
  4. You receive a written verdict you can hand to your CFO, board, or agency.
