Find out whether your ad spend is producing revenue or just producing reports.

01

What This Is

This is an independent audit of your paid advertising. Not a campaign review. Not a platform tutorial. Not a pitch for ongoing management.

I look at Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, call tracking, CRM integrations, and offline conversion data. I determine where money is being wasted, where attribution is broken, and where reported performance does not match actual revenue.

The output is a Paid Media Verdict: a written evaluation with waste quantified in dollars, a video walkthrough at executive level, and a prioritized action list. You can hand it to your agency, your board, or your CFO without needing me in the room.

03

What I Look At

Every verdict examines five areas:

1. Tracking integrity. Are conversions firing on actual purchases and qualified leads, or on page views and button clicks that mean nothing?

2. Attribution logic. Is the platform taking credit for conversions it did not cause? Are last-click models hiding the real conversion path?

3. Spend efficiency. Where is money going by default rather than by evidence? Which campaigns persist because nobody reviewed them?

4. Funnel alignment. Does the traffic match what is actually being sold? Is lead volume masking the collapse of lead quality?

5. Downstream outcomes. Did the leads improve sales productivity or degrade it? Did closed revenue match what the dashboard predicted?

Most audits stop at the first question. I answer all five because the first four are meaningless if the fifth one fails.

04

What This Looks Like in Practice

A company running $45,000 monthly on Google Ads reported strong ROAS in platform. Lead volume was up. Cost per lead was down. The dashboard looked good.

The verdict found: conversion tracking was firing on form page views, not form submissions. Forty percent of reported conversions were phantom events. The actual cost per qualified lead was 3.2x what the platform reported.

The fix: tracking was corrected, three campaigns burning budget on irrelevant search terms were paused, and bid strategy was rebuilt on real conversion data. Monthly waste recovered: $14,200.

The platform did not show this. The agency did not catch it. The CFO could not see it from the outside. That is the gap this work fills.

05

Verdicts start at $1,250.

If I do not find at least that much in recoverable waste, the engagement is free. In completed engagements, the typical monthly waste identified has exceeded $18,000.

Single-platform, cross-channel, or full revenue system scope. Flat fee. No percentage of spend.

06

Built for meaningful spend, not casual curiosity.

You should be spending at least $10,000 per month on paid advertising, facing pressure to justify performance, or dealing with reports that no longer match sales reality.

Good fit

  • Board, CFO, partner, or owner-level scrutiny
  • Agency renewal or budget review coming up
  • Lead quality, revenue, or attribution no longer matches the dashboard

Not a fit

  • You want a cheaper agency
  • You need validation, not scrutiny
  • You are not ready to inspect the numbers honestly
